We need to talk about Rømans, ‘Happy Love.’
This is a super gorgeous R&B/pop jam from the Roc Nation artist. If we’re talking about effortless and soulful vocals, then Rømans is definitely your guy. There is for sure something about Rømans’ production that is so alluring and addictive to listen to.
Especially, noticeable in ‘Happy Love’ the singer, producer and song writer seems to have a talent for making something truly beautiful out of a bitter-sweet situation. Therefore, it’s only right that the visuals fits so well with the track and is just as pleasing and lovely to watch.
Speaking about, ‘Happy Love,’ Rømans explains:
I was subconsciously singing, what’s the point in talking bout you and me. I instantly had a strong feeling that it should be about a middle-aged couple falling out of love. I played it to my manager and label and they suggested adding a Middle 8- I obliged and really loved what came out of it. That’s the great thing about playing unfinished music to people you trust, sometimes you get pushed in a direction you never would have anticipated yourself.
We’ve definitely fallen head over heels for Rømans. Writing and producing songs for John Legend, Alicia Keys, Jonas Blue, Disclosure, AlunaGeorge, Kwabs, Låpsley and more, it is no question that Rømans has established himself as a strong force in the music scene. But now, it is definitely Rømans’ time in the spotlight.
