Royal Blood played the first of their two night slot at Glasgow’s Barrowlands venue last night (February 22) and added a cover of T. Rex’s “20th Century Boy” into their set-list. Their set also included other material that they had not previously played live before as well as a collection of songs from their self-titled debut album Royal Blood. In other Royal Blood news, the band have recently won the ‘Best New Band’ award at the 2015 NME Awards, as well as performing on the night. They join the likes of Arctic Monkeys, Kings Of Leon, The Libertines and The Vaccines who have previously won the award. Watch Royal Blood cover T. Rex here.
