After being recognised for his achievements with the AIM Award for Hardest Working Artist only last year, ShaoDow continues the momentum and lives up to his title – having also been praised for work ethic from the Guardian and others – with his new single “Kaio-Ken” along with some very creative conceptual visuals.
Produced by Tomek Zyl Music, The song is a fresh sounding, reverb-rattling track with lyrical wit, genius and savvy that will certainly impress. ShaoDow commands a crisp and determined delivery that stands true to his meticulous and disciplined character.
The video is inspired by his love for manga and draws from his Japanese influences. Filled with manga scripts from the onset, ShaoDow can be seen sporting a Dragonball Z inspired outfit and wielding his trusty nunchucks and his secondary weapon of choice – the microphone.
ShaoDow is about to embark on the aptly named ‘Hard Work And Nunchucks’ tour alongside the release of “Kaio-Ken”. Stopping off in London, Derby and Norwich, the tour is set to be energetic, entertaining and memorable. Tickets available here.
