A wild visual to match his wild persona, his latest takes inspiration from Danny Boyle‘s 1996 classic Trainspotting as director The Rest depicts slowthai and his crew on a wild night, embodying total punk vibes. Slowthai has clearly had a bit too much as be becomes a problem, so much so that he ends up being jumped on by some bouncers. Not before he has a Narnia moment in the restrooms.
Speaking about the track, slowthai said: “I was at some yard in Chelsea after a night out and I saw 4.5 million pound paintings hanging on the wall and it made me sick… I went to the studio the next day and wrote Doorman. Doorman, let me in the door.”
