“Happy Little Pills” is the latest single from Nashville indie pop artist Spazz Cardigan, taken from his debut album I which was released on January 20. The new single comes on the back of previous single “iDealogue”, and comes with a Tanner Roman and Tripp Weir-directed music video, which features Spazz performing all the song’s instruments in the midst of glitchy colours and edits.
I think there is something really specially about this song. I love Spazz’s voice – it’s just glorious – and the instrumentation on this never feel passive, so you’re constantly engaged with the record.
