Mississippi rap duo Rae Sremmurd announced that their official DJ, Jay Sremm, will be releasing a mixtape hosted by the SremmLife Crew. The project, titled Trail Mix, will debut a few new affiliates. Along with this is a single for the tape, “Doggin’”, featuring newcomer Riff 3x.
Bottomless bass combines with a slightly haunting keyboard loop and rattling, clapping drum machine. It consists mainly of sex raps and other things in the realms of braggadocio. Although they refrain from singsong raps and autotune, the overall product is highly irritating and not vey inventive. Being of the South of the States, it is probably a product of its environment.
