The most iconic unlikely duo in music right now give us a music video! After reporting last month of a collaborative effort from Sting & Shaggy in the form of a new single and a forthcoming album on the way, we are treated once more with the release of the new music video for “Don’t Make Me Wait”
Shaggy takes Sting and us watching to his wonderful homeland of Jamaica where we are greeted to the sights and sounds of the tropical island nation. We get a taste of islanders interacting with each other. The vibrancy of it all plus it looks like a lot of them have been bitten by the ‘love bug’.
Sting is full embracing the island life; sipping on a Red Stripe and watching Jamaican men play dominoes, triumphing at snooker and leaning up against a wall next to a group of bikers. By the end, the pair put on a street performance for the people and shake a leg with the crowd.
Their new album 44/876 is out on April 20. Till then, watch the new video below.
