Up and coming Sydney R&B artist Honey is back with her newly released single “The Way“. With her last offering “Into The Sun” getting noticed by fans and critics alike, and on the back of her first music video release, the Australian artist has once again caught our attention with the “Way”.
Honey has often been compared to the likes of Jorja Smith because of her gentle yet powerful singing style, with tastemakers like Triple J and Happy Magazine championing her sound. There is no word as to whether her new single “The Way” is part of an upcoming project, but we will keep you posted. In other news, the music video for “The Way” is set to be released in April.
Honey believes “The Way” can be an opportunity to share her innerself and profound feelings with the audience by bringing up her highest self. “The Way” can take you on a journey to Honey’s ideas and dreams. The rhythm brings a flow with itself, as Tommy Faith from Triple J calls it “life giving“. It is a journey that starts with a calm vocal, and a more boosting melody comes along a few seconds later.
