Tame Impala have announced their upcoming third album, titled Currents, and the newest single off the hotly-anticipated project couldn’t embody that any more fittingly. “Cause I’m A Man” flows along as if nestled on a raft of reeds winding down a slow-moving jade-coloured river. The springy swagger of the bassline and the intermittent injections of some fuzzed-out guitar phrases keep you from drifting off and losing your way all together. No one does the zone-out float-off sound better right now.
