Robin Hood is probably one of the most famous archers if not the most famous. There has been so many films and books that were inspired by this famous story and so many films based on the adventures of Robin Hood. Now Lionsgate has put out a trailer for their upcoming Robin Hood film, originally named Robin Hood: Origins.
The synopsis sounds pretty interesting: “Robin of Loxley, a war-hardened Crusader and his Moorish commander mount an audacious revolt against the corrupt English crown in a thrilling action-adventure packed with gritty battlefield exploits, mind-blowing fight choreography, and a timeless romance.”
Robin Hood will be portrayed by Taron Egerton and he makes a pretty good job based on the trailer. He will be joined by Jamie Foxx, Jamie Dornan, Eve Hawson and Ben Mendelson. The gritty film will hit theaters on November 21.
