Four piece Irish rock band The Strypes have just released their second album Little Victories today the 21st of August. Although the boys found the album more difficult than anticipated, the follow up album to 2013’s Snapshot has been praised by many fans. The album has received many positive reviews but The Guardian gave Little Victories 2 stars out of a possible 5 saying it’s not a “vital sound” and just coexists alongside the likes of “Kasabian, Arctic Monkeys and the dozens of long-forgotten garage-rock revivalists who turned up to make a bit of a racket around the turn of the century“.
