With Amy Poehler and Tina Fey hosting the Golden Globes last night, it was cleverly planned to have a TV spot air during the broadcast, for their new comedy Sisters. The TV spot is only twenty seconds long but it works as a great introduction to the wacky duo’s next collaboration. Pitch Perfect director Jason Moore takes helm of the project, telling the story of two sisters who decide to throw one last wild party before their parents sell their childhood home. The trailer looks like a lot of fun with the right tone of comedy you’d expect from the two comedians. While I don’t think Sisters is going to be blowing anybodies minds, I’ve got great admiration for both Fey and Poehler and trust their judgement! Also starring Maya Rudolph, James Brolin, Ike Barinholtz and John Leguizamo; Sisters hits theatres on December 18, 2015.
