A day doesn’t go by without another superstar’s name being pinned to an up and coming blockbuster, enabling fans’ imaginations to run wild; and today is no exception. The Warrior star Tom Hardy, is the next A-Lister to be paired with the next, much anticipated X-Men installment. Remember the end credit scene in< em>X-Men: Days of Future Past, where this bad-ass looking bloke was manipulating the pyramid? Well that was En Sabah Nur, just the guy Hardy’s been rumored to play!
Considering Hardy’s also been rumored to be close to signing a Warner Bros deal to play one of the Suicide Squad gang and there were whispers about him being the next Dr Strange (along side Ewan McGregor, Colin Farrell, Keanu Reeves and everybody else), it’s hard to take anything particularly seriously right now.
So many different casting rumors are floating around though, it’s hard not to get caught up in the hype. Either way, I’ve been a big Hardy fan since his days of playing the ultimate psychopath in TV series Cape Wrath (it got cancelled, a travesty), so seeing him take any of these role is a thumbs up in my book!
