Ed Skrein leads a reboot of The Transporter trilogy, originally starring Jason Statham. The Transporter Refuelled follows the story of transporter Frank Martin who runs into trouble when his father’s life is put in danger due to one of his dangerous clients. This is not a new character from the Statham trilogy, however some have rumoured that this may be a prequel for the Frank Martin character.
The film is directed by Brick Masions director Camille Delaware, the trailer reveals massive fight scenes, epic car chases and an impressive car jump over a plane. The Transporter is a successful franchise with Transporter: The Series being in its second season and currently showing on Channel 5. The Transporter Refuelled hits cinemas on September 4.
