Episode 2 of Tremaine The Playboy is finally out. Well not really. If you remember last week, I shared with you guys “Nobody But You”, from Trey Songz new album, Tremaine.
Reality is, the reality TV spin is actually just a concept for the singles he will be releasing from the album. I am quite happy because I felt like a television show would have discredited his brand but still would have been nice to see a day in the life of Trey. I mean he is very private.
Moreover that is not why I have written this article. Trey is back with another single, “Playboy”, and it is giving us a little of that old school Trey. His vocals are soothing on this one as he discusses how he wants to change his lifestyle but cannot help himself: “Still kissing girls that I don’t love/Still stumbling out of these clubs/Still I’m just so hard to trust”.
The video is a fun set up for Trey. We see his leading lady (girlfriend) reappear in the intimate scenes with Trey and then we get clips of him engaging in his playboy lifestyle; dining with women who are catering to his every need. Trey served us hot vocals, visuals and so far singles from the forthcoming album.
