It has been confirmed that Superman will appear in Supergirl. Tyler Hoechlin, star of Everybody Wants Some!! and known for his role in the TV series, Teen Wolf, has been cast in the role.
Superman is set to make his debut in the DC Television universe. It has been common knowledge that Superman, as well as Batman and Wonder Woman, are characters that are not eligible to feature in DC televisions series’. So this marks a change in policy for DC.
It will be interesting see Hoechlin’s take on a much-loved character.
