Uniqlo And Carine Roitfeld Collaborate For New LifeWear Collection | Fashion News

Japanese casual wear brand, Uniqlo, has merged with editor-in-chief of CR Fashion Book and global fashion director of Harper’s Bazaar, Carine Roitfeld, to release a 40-item LifeWear collection this Autumn. Uniqlo is one of the seven brands owned by Japanese holding company Fast Retailing and has over 1,500 stores in 16 markets, it offers high quality low-cost clothing, but the brand’s fashion collaborations play a key role in offering more design and driving customers into stores.

This is not the first time Uniqlo has a partnership of this kind, it has a unique series of popular design collaborations, and this fall will also launch a collection with ex-Hermès designer, Christophe Lemaire. Carine Roitfeld’s collaboration with the store is set to launch at the end of October, the collection will be focused on classic pieces that could easily adjust to Nêt-à-Porter, leaving aside the ephemeral trends.
