From a production that’s been surrounded in secrecy, finally comes the official title and first ever teaser for Mission Impossible 5; now titled Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation. Tom Cruise is back as Ethan Hunt with some familiar faces like Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames and Jeremy Renner, as well as newbies Rebecca Ferguson and Alec Baldwin.
The flick’s narrative is set to connect back to the original Mission Impossible with the official synopsis reading; “Ethan and team take on their most impossible mission yet, eradicating the Syndicate – an International rogue organization as highly skilled as they are, committed to destroying the IMF”.
With Christopher McQuarrie in the directors chair; Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation is set to outdo Brad Bird‘s action packed Ghost Protocol with more death defying stunts, including good old Cruise hanging off the side of an airplane! The teaser looks pretty awesome with Simon Pegg looking to get a bigger part in the flick as well as Cruise defying the age process as always. A full trailer is dropping tomorrow so keep an eye out for that, in the mean time; play this on loop. Rogue Nation hits theatres on July 31.
