My emotions are not ready for new canine adventure film, Max. A new trailer has been released for the Boaz Yakin movie, which tells the story of a brave dog who helps U.S Marines in Afghanistan return to the U.S, and is then adopted by his handler to help care for his family when they suffer a traumatic experience.
With the likes of Gilmore Girls star Lauren Graham and The Tomorrow People actor Robbie Amell also starring, Max is set to be a serious tear jerker. Anything involving animals in movies leaves me in a toddler like mess of emotions, in particular dog movies and considering I’ve just cried at the trailer, I think I’ll be heading into the cinema with more than one box of Kleenex. Max hits theatres on June 26, 2015.
