Marisa Tomei To Play Aunt May In New ‘Spider-Man’ Flick | Film News
The new Spider-Man film is coming together, as the actress for Aunt May has been announced on the web. Oscar Award winner Mariaa Tomei, who is most famous for her roles in My Cousin Vinny and The Wrestler, will be continuing the role from both Rosemary Harris and Sally Field, the two previous May Parkers from past Spider-Man movie franchises. The actress will join Tom Holland in the movie, as she brings up Peter Parker, hopefully this time, in a story based after Spider-Man’s origins (we don’t think the audience can bare to watch Uncle Ben die a third time). The new Spider-Man film, this time set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, is expected to be spinning into the pictures on the 28th of July, 2017.
