Richard Madden is ready to party in upcoming Netflix comedy Ibiza, joining Gillian Jacobs, Phoebe Robinson, and SNL‘s Vanessa Bayer.
Madden’s career seems to have been founded on royalty, starring as the charming Prince in Cinderella, and romanced King in Game of Thrones. Ibiza will replace crown for party hat, giving us a chance to see him more rough than pristine.
Alex Richanbach directs from a script by Lauren Kahn. Ibiza follows a business woman who goes to Spain hoping to close a big deal, only to detour on a wild nightclubbing adventure that leaves her in love with a famous DJ, and realising there’s more to life than resenting your job.
A production and release schedule is not yet known, but is can be expected to begin later this year.
