Rosamund Pike Joins Cast Of ‘High Wire Act’ | Film News
Rosamund Pike has been added to the cast of political action thriller High Wire Act. The Tony Gilroy written film is set to star Jon Hamm and will be directed by Brad Anderson (The Call). Set in the 1980s, Hamm will play a former American diplomat who returns to service in a bid to save a former colleague in Beirut.
Pike will be right on hand to help, playing a CIA agent, she will be responsible for keeping him alive and making sure the mission goes to plan. Pike has been on top form recently and after her break-through turn in Gone Girl, she is sure to get a few bums in seats. Unfortunately fans have a long wait ahead, with no confirmed date for the beginning of shooting, and with the main stars having a packed schedule, it doesn’t look like we’ll be seeing the film any time soon, let’s just hope the wait isn’t too long.
