Netflix news about a new show or movie is always good news and today you can see the first teaser for Joon Ho Bong‘s (Snowpiercer) new mystery, Okja.
The first glimpse gives away precious little but it gives a glimpse of another memorable performance by Tilda Swinton. She is back on villain duties here as Nancy Mirando, the head of a corporate organization. She is after a mystical creature, named Okja.
However, what she does not expect is that Okja’s best friend Mija (Seo-Hyun Ahn) will do anything in her power to protect Okja. The trailer promises a face-off between nature and science. The movie also stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Steven Yeun, Lilly Collins and Giancarlo Esposito.
Joon Ho Bong is an amazing storyteller who combines stunning visuals with an impressive cast to bring his stories to life. Buckle up and save the date – Okja comes out on Netflix on Wednesday, June 28.
