Adanna Duru has just released her new EP titled Stardive. This Southern Californian singer, songwriter and producer blend elements of pop, R&B, soul and even electronic music all through the EP.
The tracks on Stardive are very unique, the melodies are catchy and well-shaped, and her voice is soulful but powerful. Songs featured on the EP have big commercial potential, with the instrumental arrangements on here blending elements from different musical style (pop, R&B, soul and electronic music).
Spaking about her new EP, Adanna said: “Everything I’ve had up until this point is a manifestation of something I told myself at a very young age. I am 20 years old and I have to scramble for everything I currently have in music. I owe a whooping majority of it to my mother. Without her support, I wouldn’t have the luxury of doing any of these things. This EP is just a tiny part of my autobiography. It’s raw, it’s honest, it’s dark, it’s fun, it’s me. I’m just really happy with this entire record, and I hope people like it”.
