There have been so many love stories over the years with the ‘boy meets girl and falls in love’ scheme. How To Talk To Girls At Parties does add a little twist to the whole love situation as the girl portrayed by Elle Fanning isn’t a normal teenage girl. In fact, she isn’t even human, she’s an alien and that is where it gets rather crazy.
The coming-of-age film that is based on a short story by Neil Gaiman is set in the 1970s London punk scene. It follows Zan, a rebellious alien girl, and Enn, played by Alex Sharp, as they experience the world of punk and love together. Zan is stunned by this world and rebels against her fellow aliens and leader, played by Nicole Kidman.
The film by James Cameron Mitchell hasn’t got a release date yet but as there is a trailer it will probably drop later this year to stun us all.
