The fate surrounding troubled Atlanta rapper Gucci Mane aka Radric Davis has been confirmed. The rapper will serve a 39-month sentence in federal prison for a firearms conviction relating to two incidents in September 2013. Davis who has been incarcerated for the last eleven months is hoping to alter the indictment and serve a total of twenty eight months, followed by a three-year period of probation. The MC has requested a move away from Atlanta jail in an attempt to revitalise his personal life and distance himself from the negativity found in Atlanta, and is looking to set himself straight and overcome what has been a turbulent year for the 34 year old.
