After linking up with Future in the recent video for “East Atlanta Love Letter”, 6LACK connects with J. Cole in the video for “Pretty Little Fears”, one of the few other collaborative efforts on the album and another clear notable track.
The somber visual explores the Atlanta crooner’s relationship with a young lady. The couple hits the beach and go for a ride before 6LACK meets up with Cole at an RV park. The Dreamville rapper matches the tone as he spits game to his lady, from the car to the carnival. His delivery in particular, mannerisms and flow, feel exceptionally poetic, like an actual sincere monologue to his woman.
Aforementioned, “Pretty Little Fears” is a standout track off 6LACK’s most recent album East Atlanta Love Letter, which debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 with 77,000 units in its opening week.
Earlier this month, 6LACK kicked off his From East Atlanta, With Love Tour with special guests Tierra Whack, Boogie, Summer Walker and THEY. The tour wraps December 21 in his Atlanta hometown.
