Three different artists, three different styles, one huge track. West London rapper/producer Jevon has teamed up with UK Afropop star Kida Kudz and US rapper Diggy Simmons for their brand new collaborative effort, entitled “Lingo“.
With Jevon on the beat, he has curiously crafted a feel-good vibe with their fresh new joint that has the ability to make you move. Heavy with the Afrobeats influence with the drums and harp-like sounds, it’s undeniably up Kudz street but it’s surprisingly lightwork for Diggy who brings his New York slickness. And it goes without saying the Jevon holds it down on his side with the swagger he’s known for.
First release of the year and it’s a mammoth one for Jevon, as he closed the year with double single “Blossomed“ and “Mercy“. As for Diggy, its reinvigorated form from the New York rapper, boosted by his long-awaited sophomore album Lighten Up last year. We will have our fingers crossed for the possibility of visuals for this track in the near future.
