As part of the Pop Montreal Festival line up, band members Justin Vernon (frontman of Bon Iver), bass player Nikolai Fraiture for Indie rock band The Strokes, and high flying band Arcade Fire siblings Win and Will Butler, performed a one night only extravaganza yesterday evening (September 20) at Montreal’s McGill Sports Complex. The festival Pop Montreal is held every year, some of the bands and acts performing this year including Twin Shadow, Panda Bear, Against Me! and Schoolboy Q, it kicked off on September 17, and finishes today (September 21).
