American indie pop vocalist Ava Vegas has released a brand-new single called “Hold On To Your Stars”. The track is extract from her self-titled debut album, that came out on November 13.
The record is a colourful cinematic pop song, that feels like it’s taken from a different era. With this song, packed with dreamy arrangements and a captivating vocal performance, the singer delivers her ability to pull from the past and deliver something quite unique, very much ready for the present.
Ava Vegas is an indie pop singer/songwriter based in Berlin, Germany. Born in Gottingen, she originally came to the German capital to study architecture, before changing her way to follow her real passion, music. Even though she had taken singing, piano, ballet and acting lessons, it took the musician a long time to find her sound and to be able to replicate her ideas in her songs.
The result of that quest is a lively first album, that contains nine subtle and catchy pieces, that see the artist demonstrates the originality of the sound she created, and the magic she manages to put in her songs to bring them to life.
