London-based British Nigerian singer-songwriter and musician Midé returns with a new single titled “Vegas” after the release of his last EP Hero, which was released back in the summer.
The new track “Vegas” sees Midé collaborating with songwriters Jake Edwards-Wood (Katy B, Pixie Lott) and Yves Fernandez (Oh Wonder, Lianne La Havas) to bring it to life. His songwriting gifts shine throughout the track that is also carried by his lush vocal tones and inflections. Combined with the smooth instrumentation, “Vegas” delivers a rich musical experience.
Perhaps most recognised for his recent stint on the tenth season of The Voice UK, where he reached the semi-finals under the tutelage and guidance of Sir Tom Jones, who described his voice as exceptional, Midé creates soulful music that speaks to the spirit and encourages listeners to move.
The London native describes his music as intentional and his ability to tell a story with his smooth yet unique voice continues to captivate audiences all around the world.
