Los Angeles-based songwriter and producer Luci has released her second single of the year, “Girlfriend“. She has also released an accompanying video, featuring famous LGBTQ influencer Alissa Butt
In contrast to Luci’s most recent song, “Narcissist”, “Girlfriend” reflects on the singer’s desire to have a companion at times, but also the inner conflict we all have over the effort that unavoidably goes along with such thoughts.

“Girlfriend” is the latest in Luci’s ascension into the pop world, showcasing both her songwriting and singing prowess and providing a further, clearer glimpse of what’s to come.
Despite having only a five-year-old career, the music she plans to release in the coming year will focus on building a relationship with the listener, in large part because of her captivating vocals, carefully prepared lyrics, and production skills.
As she reveals more details about her interpersonal interactions, Luci aims to progressively strengthen this contact between herself and her listeners that resembles a friendship.
