Emerging Wisconsin singer-songwriter, Grace Maren, has unveiled her third single, “Be Grateful“, on May 24, 2023, only eight months after her impressive debut.
The song serves as an empowering anthem, demonstrating how harnessing personal pain, such as a painful breakup, can fuel resilience and growth.
The track was born out of a collaborative effort in the fall of 2022 between Grace Maren, songwriter Aubren Elaine, and her audio engineer and co-writer, Zuutzabby.
After sharing her personal journey with her confidants, Grace channeled her experiences into crafting a potent ‘hot girl anthem’ that champions female empowerment.
Music has always been an integral part of Grace Maren’s life. A native of Wisconsin, she embraced the stage over a traditional classroom from a young age.
While studying at DePaul University, she participated in choirs and ensembles, even performing on international stages. Upon graduation, she followed her dreams to Los Angeles, a city that had always held her fascination.
In 2022, following a transformative heartbreak and the solitude induced by the Covid pandemic, Grace Maren rekindled her passion for music. Her work continually reflects her journey towards self-discovery and love, highlighting the joy and fulfillment that comes from creation.
