Rap duo Run The Jewels have been requested by the formidable Jack White to open for him at New York’s Madison Square Garden later this month, on January 30. When asked about the offer on Twitter, Run The Jewels had this to say: “when you get asked to open for Jack White at MSG you say yes. It’s in the Bible“. Meanwhile, in other Run The Jewels news, El-P, who alongside Killer Mike makes up the group, published a series of tweets suggesting that a new album is certain to be produced after the duo “take a year to tour the world“. It has also be rumoured that they will be working with former Rage Against The Machine member Zack De la Rocha who appeared on Run The Jewels’ latest album Run The Jewels 2.
