Brian Wolk and his Ruffian design partner Claude Morais have debuted their first Wolk Morais Resort collection for 2016 in Los Angeles this week. Sweet minidresses were shown down the catwalk in a rainbow of bright colours, highlighting a different side to the Wolk and Morais minimalist designs produced at Ruffian. “It’s about colour, youth, modernity. Those are all things that come to mind when we think of Los Angeles“, Wolk said, whilst discussing the inspiration for the collection – 60’s art group Cool School. Attendees to the show at Kohn Gallery in Hollywood, included Rose McGowan, Topher Grace and costume designer Patricia Field.
