Eminem’s latest single “Kings Never Die” featuring Gwen Stefani is out and can now be yours for free when you pre-order the Southpaw soundtrack on Apple Music, the song appears on the soundtrack to new film Southpaw. Serving as the follow up to “Phenomenal”, “Kings Never Die” can be describe as a triumphant, rock-inspired anthem, with Eminem showing off his insane lyricism and rapid flow, while Gwen takes care of the chorus gracefully and with a “rocky power” that describe her well.
The song sees the rapper talk about his immortality in his lyrics. “It’d actually have to be a fuckin’ blowout to get me to retire / Tell these new artists that kings never die“. The single is definitely one that will grow on you the more you listen and has already receive plenty of reactions, especially when it comes to catching all of Eminem’s wordplay and punchlines, perfectly on point. The Southpaw soundtrack will be due on July 24 and also feature guest contributions from 50 Cent, Action Bronson, Joey Bada$$, and The Weeknd.
