Big Sean releases his craziest visual yet for the music video for “Ashley” off his Hall of Fame album, featuring R&B artist Miguel. The inspiration for the track comes from Big Sean’s past relationship and the music video features guns, sex, violence, kidnapping, drugs and the works which is why it is rated R and NSFW obviously. Written and directed by Ellis Bahl, this is a gruesome cinematic like music video that is softened up by Miguel’s soothing vocals. Watch the rapper dig his own grave in the video below.
“Ashley was the 1st song I wrote for HOF two years ago. We all know I’m in a different place in my life today and I could not be more happy. I know the record is a fan favorite so we let our imagination run wild with the visual. Thank you for the support!” – Big Sean
