Dunkirk is a 2017 action drama starring Tom Hardy, Cillian Murphy and Kenneth Branagh. It is directed by Christopher Nolan (known for Inception, Interstellar and The Dark Knight films). I can’t hide my enthusiasm about a new Christopher Nolan film, as most of the times he made really good movies. I have a feeling this is also the case with Dunkirk.
A synopsis for Dunkirk reads:
“Allied soldiers from Belgium, the British Empire, Canada, and France are surrounded by the German army and evacuated during a fierce battle in World War II”.
