Everything Everything return with their brand new single, “Can’t Do.”
Everything Everything and the new track, “Can’t Do” have already been garnering a lot of positive attention even before the release of their new forthcoming album, Fever Dream, produced by Arctic Monkey‘s frequent collaborator, James Ford, and slated for release August 18.
Annie Mac has already played “Can’t Do” as her Hottest Record on BBC Radio 1 and with good reasons. “Can’t Do” is an intense (with equally intense visuals) and danceable track.
Of the track, frontman Jonathan Higgs say that, “Can’t Do is trying to bend the word and fit into it. Nobody is normal, nobody knows what normal is. “I can’t do the things you want” – we don’t care, we just want you to dance.”
