Nigerian-British rapper, Afrikan Boy, weighs in with an effort that will have fast food fans salivating. For him, and now others, “2PCC”, or “£2 Chicken N Chips”, will evoke schooldays and setting your money aside for an epic lunch between classes.
“2PCC” really bounces, and the lyrics a curious subject upon which to base a song. The song, interspersed with the man himself making and taking an order, has satisfying African patios to give it a unique sonic flavour.
The video is shot at Super 1 Fried Chicken in Woolwich, South East London. Apparently, Afrikan Boy posted a message on Instagram advertising free food for all the schoolkids who took part in the shoot of the video.
