British luxury brand Alexander McQueen have unveiled their latest 2021 Pre-Fall Ready-To-Wear collection. The collection has used its roots in English and Scottish history to make this collection, colors, materials, and style reflect well the brand’s identity.
The collection has many different outfits, that are all classy and so chic in their own ways. The color palette is quite neutral and the Ready-To-Wear title is well promised on the fashion items. And what is interesting to see is the masculine vibe around some outfits, as well as the edgy accessories paired.
This season saw Sarah Burton at the design. A lot of dresses and long coats were in the collection, some dresses of bright color and with different cuts to make the outfit more interesting and less basic. As well as tailored coat in wool with a touch of poly faille parka peplum.
Some simple and chic shirting and shirt-dresses in white cotton countered by poly peplum too, and some details at the cuff and waist. This collection is really focusing on pieces whose reason was less about telegraphing meaning and more about being wonderful to wear and watch.
Sweetheart neckline, puff-sleeved, and mega-skirted dresses in scarlet and ultramarine are part of the designs. Long dresses paired with some chunky boots to break off the classic style. Paired with a handful or two of McQueen’s tough and tender jewelry to top off the outfits.
Please find below some of the outfits from the collection.
