Talented London-based musician Jay Brown, aka Amaroun, has just shared her second single from a series of three to be released via LGM Records. “Made A Fire” is a catchy indie-pop song, expressing her appreciation of the important person, who she met:
“In ‘Made A Fire’ I’ve found clarity in the thrill of meeting someone new. When you find that person and there’s this instant connection you can’t deny, it’s something that’s hard to describe. This song is simply gratitude in musical form for that person and that feeling,” says the singer.
This new track follows her debut single “Bed Bugs“, with which she has been noticed by BBC Radio 1, BBC 6 Music, Clash magazine and others. Amaroun describes the newest track as a “narrative progression” from “Bed Bugs”, where she was “deep in confusion, distraction and escapism“.
