Beninese icon Angélique Kidjo has teamed up with Nigerian/French Soultress Asa to bring us beautiful music titled “Eva”. “Eva” is the first single to be released from Angélique Kidjo‘s upcoming album due to be released next year through 429 Records titled Eve, which is said to be an ode to women across the continent.
Angélique Kidjo describes the 13 track album as an remembrance to the African women she grew up with and a testament to the pride and strength that was hidden behind the smile that masks their everyday trouble.
