Animal Collective Announce New Album | Music News
Animal Collective have confirmed that their new album Painting With will be released on Feburary 16, 2016, on Domino Records. To mark the occasion, Panda Bear and his band of experimentalists have shared new single “FloriDada” on their Youtube channel.
Painting With will be the band’s first LP release since 2012’s Centipede Hz. which was met with a more varied critical reception than their previous work. It’s understandably hard to predict how the band will sound on the new record, but the 3-part harmonies and inventive synth work on the new single create a jovial sound that’s fresh and yet familiar for the band.
