US singer, songwriter and producer Aria Lanelle has revealed her track “Found It”, which is the lead of her upcoming mixtape project The Shock Tape. Presented as “definitely one to watch” by Afropunk, Aria Lanelle has known how to seduce the audience with her honey-laced voice.
From winning the John Lennon Songwriting Contest in the R&B category to adding her voice to “Zimmer X Pallace Saturday Love” remix, which has over 1.8 million plays, the artist has not shown any signs of slowing down and is taking each opportunity to collaborate with more people across the globe.
During the summer if 2016, Aria released her first EP titled My Name, which was featured by Okayplayer, Afropunk and Earmilk, earning important rave reviews, while acknowledging her breathtaking vocals along her original writing and production skills.
On May 17, Aria Lanelle recently released her 7-song mixtape The Shock Tape, with “Found It” as the leading single of the EP. Previously going viral on Twitter, “Found It” is a noticeable piece of music for the album to introduce a range of tracks perfectly synchronize to start summer on the good path.
Speaking about the EP, Aria shares the message behind: “After these rough past couple years for the world, I wanted to drop something fun and exciting a fiery warmup to all the other incredible things I have up my sleeve for my listeners this year!”
