A month ago, the Rock band Awolnation released their single “Seven Sticks Of Dynamite” and now they’re finally sharing the official music video. It features celebrity tattoo artist Dr. Woo, producer Rick Rubin and Duff McKagen of Guns N’ Roses.
The location of this ‘western movie’ inspired video is The Old Place restaurant in Agoura Hills, California. “I’ve always wanted to make a video at The Old Place with all of my friends and showcase the spirit of old California.” said band frontman Aaron Bruno.
Director Riley Harper mentioned that they all had a really great time shooting this. Even though the climax of the plot is a fight with a gang of bikers, the atmosphere in the visuals is fun and entertaining.
The track is taken from the band’s third album Here Come The Runts, which will be out on February 2. Watch the “Seven Sticks Of Dynamite” here:
