BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend is set for May 28-29, 2016 has completely sold out within an hour early April 4. The annual festival had 25,000 tickets available for each day of the event and sold out in record time. The festival is set to take place at Powderham Castle, Devon in Wales.
Headliners scheduled to appear are Coldplay, Ellie Goulding, Craig David, Jake Bugg, The 1975, Bring Me The Horizon, and Chase & Status.The only way left to get tickets is to win them through on air competitions by BBC Radio 1. Coverage of the event will be live-streamed and available to listen on BBC iPlayer.
