Beat Connection have released the slick, stylish music video for ‘Illusion’ taken from their upcoming album, Product 3.The video, directed and filmed by Fernando Vallejo, and features a young dancer, Brixx, dancing in New York City. Vallejo makes good use of the environment’s edges and space when filming so that the viewer is even more drawn to Brixx. I’m no photographer, but every shot was chosen extremely well.
Of his dance style, Brixx says that it’s “[g]liding mixxed with a different style of bonebreaking”. All in all, the concept is simple but the shots and the eye-catching moves make it stand out.
