Very jazzy, though very muddy and hard to tell if it is double bass or piano; maybe the latter, perhaps both. The introductory vocals are sung, before the rapping kicks in.
The lyrical content comprises of making a change in your life, and stop messing about. His delivery seems a touch like Kendrick Lamar. The backdrop switches up slightly come the second verse. Those introductory sung vocals then come in again for the fade out and conclusion of the song.
