British musician and singer Aziya has just released her brand new single “Heaven For Me”, which was written and co-produced by her earlier this year.
This second single of the 21-year old artist is driven by psychedelic roots and influences, and is an extract of her upcoming debut EP that is set for this summer. This single has come with an accompanying new music video directed by Thomas James. It takes us on a dreamy and kaleidoscopic trip, which totally depicts the mood of the song.
About the track, Aziya has stated “‘Heaven For Me’ is a romanticised and fantasised version of a very toxic relationship – it relays the story of someone in love with a person plagued by narcissism and inner demons. I’ve tried to depict the ill fate it brings to the one in love with that person. It’s a fairytale description of a very real scenario that happens in front of us everyday”.
Earlier this year, the rising star released her fierce first single “Slip” that caught the attention of Vogue and Billboard.
